Job Description

Identify key B2B accounts amongst start ups, SME & large companies across industries for opportunities in gifting, pantry and collaborations.
Own and drive end-to-end sales targets - from lead generation, pitching, closing, client management, deliverables and payments
Build out extensive networks with 3rd party agents, gifting vendors, and aggregators and drive sales
Lead all business development and marketing efforts to drive sales - participation in relevant events, cold outreach, networking, online marketing
Forge relevant collaborations and partnerships with adjacent brands and other creative avenues for visibility, brand building and sales
Work within the budgets, profitability guidelines and brand salience while driving topline growth

Key Competencies:

Minimum 4-5 years of past experience doing corporate/institutional sales and track record of having built relationships with Procurement admin, HR and marketing teams at large corporate
Existing network and relationships with decision makers in large enterprises
Ability to network voraciously and build key relationships
Stellar communication skills - both verbal and written
Have deep client empathy and acumen to understand client requirements, curate offerings and build long-term relationships
High ownership, hustle, comfort with chaos
