Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Gift Shop manager in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily operations of the gift shop, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
  • Supervise and train staff members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure visual merchandising standards.
