German Language Specialist

As a German Language Expert, your role involves managing accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be responsible for translating emails from German to English and vice versa, managing a portfolio of accounts for long-term success, and developing positive relationships with clients by addressing their needs promptly. In addition, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, generate new business opportunities, and supervise account representatives to drive sales growth. Your coordination skills will be essential in liaising with clients and internal departments to resolve queries efficiently. Regular reporting on account status and transactions will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Mandatory German B2 level proficiency - Proven work experience as a German Language Expert - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to deliver projects and respond to inquiries promptly - Business acumen with problem-solving capabilities - Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software - Exceptional customer service skills - Strong work ethic - Good sales skills The company requires your availability for full-time employment with shift coverage between 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. You should be open to working within this time slot. The job is located in the Western Suburbs, and willingness to travel to this location is expected.
