German Language Specialist

In this role as a German Language specialist at Societe Generale in Chennai, you will play a crucial part in assessing risk events to identify unusual customer behavior and escalate them for further analysis. Your responsibilities will include processing alerts/cases within specified timelines, adhering to quality guidelines, and sharing best practices with peers to foster a culture of excellence in FCC Risk Management. Key Responsibilities: - Assess risk events (Alerts) to identify unusual customer behavior and escalate for analysis - Share best practices with peers to create a culture of excellence in FCC Risk Management - Report and escalate Technology/Risk issues to the Manager promptly - Attend to regulatory requests related to AML from the country - Complete mandatory e-learning modules and attend trainings within stipulated timelines - Uphold the values of the Group at all times - Assist in BCP/DR testing and crisis management - Support the Manager in service management of surveillance service to countries Qualifications Required: - 1 to 3 years of experience in German language with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking - Mandatory C1/C2 Certification in German language If you are passionate about contributing to a positive future, growing in a supportive environment, and developing your expertise, Societe Generale is the place for you.
