Location: Thane, Mumbai (On-site)
Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA
Job Type: Full-time | Night Shift (US Hours)
Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | 2 Weekly Offs

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in German (minimum B2 proficiency required)
• Address, resolve, and escalate customer queries with professionalism and accuracy
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintain compliance with SLAs and company quality standards
• Act as a cultural and language liaison bridging clients and internal teams

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in German language (minimum B2 level) – mandatory
• At least 1 year of proven experience in customer service – mandatory
• Strong command of English for clear communication
• Comfortable working US night shifts
• Available for immediate joining
• Customer-centric attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
