Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Sales Manager, located in London. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales operations, analyzing sales data, maintaining customer relationships, and providing training and support to the sales team. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
• Strong strategic planning and sales strategy development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales data analysis and CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the writing instrument industry is a plus
