As a General Manager - Factory at Lafit Lighting, you will play a crucial role in leading our manufacturing facility in Bhiwandi. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead end-to-end factory operations with a focus on efficiency, cost, and quality. - Improve productivity through training, incentives, and lean practices such as 5S, Kaizen, and DMAIC. - Manage inventory, supply chain, and production planning effectively. - Ensure strict quality control measures and maintain safe working practices. We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or Business Administration. - Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Strong expertise in leadership, people management, and operational excellence.
