Job Summary: TATA Axom Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic General Manager to oversee and lead the overall operations of our Service Center. The GM will be responsible for managing Sales, Service, Spare Parts (3S), Customer Relations, HR, and Finance departments to ensure profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all verticals. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Atleast 6-10 years of experience in automobile dealership operations with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong understanding of automobile industry dynamics, customer behavior, and dealership functioning. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-department operations. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS), MS Office, and reporting tools.
