Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships. You should be able to understand customer needs, present suitable solutions, and work towards achieving sales targets consistently. Product: You will be selling EV Home chargers to electric 3-wheeler dealers of Piaggio/Bajaj/Mahindra/etc. (we have already partnered with these brands). Plus You will be selling EV Fast Chargers to EV Charging Point Operators and EV Charging Stations. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and contact potential customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Provide accurate reports on sales performance and forecasts. Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions as needed. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity. Handle customer complaints or objections in a professional and positive manner. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Salesperson, Sales Representative, or similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and customer service abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Experience in Electric Vehicle Charging industry is preferred but not mandatory. Important Note: This job requires a good amount of travel to client locations for meetings. It requires sales activity on the field most of the time. This is not an sales strategy, or a sales from office or sales on call kind of a job.
