Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and persuasive Inside Sales (Tele Sales) Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with warm leads generated through our online marketing campaigns educating prospects, building rapport, closing sales over the phone and aligning Sales Manager for closing.

This is a high-impact role where your voice, energy, and follow-through will directly influence revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

• Call and follow up with leads generated via digital ads, landing pages, social media, and other online channels
• Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services with clarity and confidence
• Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections professionally and convert interest into action
• Ensure timely follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales funnel
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to the marketing team

Required Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in tele-sales / inside sales
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in languages mentioned
• Comfortable working with CRMs, call scripts, and digital tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a hunger to close deals
• Experience in Electrical Vehicle (EV) industry preferred
