We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships. You should be able to understand customer needs, present suitable solutions, and work towards achieving sales targets consistently.
You will be selling EV Home chargers to electric 3-wheeler dealers of Piaggio/Bajaj/Mahindra/etc. (we have already partnered with these brands).

You will be selling EV Fast Chargers to EV Charging Point Operators and EV Charging Stations.
Identify, qualify, and contact potential customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Provide accurate reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions as needed.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
Handle customer complaints or objections in a professional and positive manner.
Proven work experience as a Salesperson, Sales Representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and customer service abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Experience in Electric Vehicle Charging industry is preferred but not mandatory.
This job requires a good amount of travel to client locations for meetings. It requires sales activity on the field most of the time. This is not an sales strategy, or a sales from office or sales on call kind of a job.
