We are seeking a passionate General Manager to lead daily operations, build customer engagement, and ensure Racing Point becomes the go-to destination for competitive and recreational motorsport enthusiasts. Key Responsibilities Operations & Facility Management Ensure simulators, café, and equipment are maintained and operational at all times. Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, supplies, utilities, and internet. Monitor café stock, merchandise, and consumables. Team Leadership & People Management Manage, train, and motivate staff across operations and customer service. Prepare duty rosters and ensure staff coverage during peak hours. Lead by example with discipline, honesty, and accountability. Customer Experience Create a welcoming atmosphere. Handle customer issues, complaints, and feedback with maturity. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and memberships. Financial & Administrative Oversight Track daily sales, expenses, and profitability. Ensure GST compliance and timely reporting. Maintain transparency in cash flow and billing. Events & Marketing Support Coordinate tournaments, competitions, and group bookings. Support promotional campaigns with the marketing team. Engage with schools, colleges, and corporates for tie-ups.
