We are seeking a passionate General Manager to lead daily operations, build customer engagement, and ensure Racing Point becomes the go-to destination for competitive and recreational motorsport enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Facility Management
• Ensure simulators, café, and equipment are maintained and operational at all times.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, supplies, utilities, and internet.
• Monitor café stock, merchandise, and consumables.
• Team Leadership & People Management
• Manage, train, and motivate staff across operations and customer service.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure staff coverage during peak hours.
• Lead by example with discipline, honesty, and accountability.

Customer Experience

• Create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and feedback with maturity.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and memberships.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Track daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure GST compliance and timely reporting.
• Maintain transparency in cash flow and billing.
• Events & Marketing Support
• Coordinate tournaments, competitions, and group bookings.
• Support promotional campaigns with the marketing team.
• Engage with schools, colleges, and corporates for tie-ups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
