Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with a passion for building cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart and a strong understanding of mobile app development best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following industry standards. Integrate third-party APIs and services. Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application performance and reliability. Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences. Deploy applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store . Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends and technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT , or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps using Flutter and Dart . Proficiency in state management tools ( Provider , Bloc , GetX , or Riverpod ). Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration. Knowledge of local and cloud databases ( SQLite , Firebase Firestore , or Hive). Experience in deploying apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store . Proficiency in Git and version control workflows. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Codemagic, Jenkins). Familiarity with Firebase services (Authentication, Analytics, Cloud Messaging). Knowledge of native iOS or Android development (Swift/Kotlin). Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent Training skills for upskilling juniors.
