Flutter Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with a passion for building cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart and a strong understanding of mobile app development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following industry standards.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application performance and reliability.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Deploy applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Proficiency in state management tools (Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration.
• Knowledge of local and cloud databases (SQLite, Firebase Firestore, or Hive).
• Experience in deploying apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Codemagic, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with Firebase services (Authentication, Analytics, Cloud Messaging).
• Knowledge of native iOS or Android development (Swift/Kotlin).
• Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent Training skills for upskilling juniors.
