General Manager

As an experienced professional in the real estate sector, your role will involve understanding key functions such as Approvals/Regulations, Design & Development, Sales, CRM, Finance, Construction, legal, etc. You will be responsible for conducting quarterly/half-yearly and annual business reviews of the portfolio businesses with the Promoter. Additionally, you will help determine key performance indicators, update dashboards, and perform financial analysis of key initiatives to create value for the company. Your assistance will be crucial in developing short/medium- and long-term business plans, facilitating strategic planning exercises, and coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the 5-year roadmap/strategic planning exercise with BU Heads - Actively engage in the annual strategic planning process to ensure alignment with the CEO and leadership team - Prepare and analyze project/company cash flows, profitability analysis, and presentation decks for Senior Management - Assist in facilitating effective decision-making and coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives Qualifications: - Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering/Business Administration - 10+ years of relevant work experience - Proficiency in Problem-Solving and Crisis Management - Understanding of various stages and functions of real estate development to pre-empt upcoming challenges - Ability to engage with stakeholders, maintain relationships, and facilitate effective communication and issue resolution - Strong knowledge of businesses and experience working with cross-functional teams - Stay updated on real estate sector developments, industry trends, and adept in Financial Modelling for preparing business plans, cash flow models, and profitability statements - Share knowledge and expertise with teams to enhance overall performance.,
