General Manager

• Strategic Leadership:

  Develop and implement strategic plans for all civil construction projects, making key decisions to ensure project success and business growth.

• Project Oversight:

  Manage and direct civil construction projects from conception to completion, overseeing every aspect of their execution to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards of quality.

• Team & Operational Management:

  Lead and coordinate large teams of engineers, contractors, and other staff; manage daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.

• Financial Management:

  Oversee project budgets, control costs, and manage resource allocation to maintain project efficiency and profitability.

• Client & Stakeholder Relations:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

• Compliance & Safety:

  Implement and enforce stringent safety measures and ensure all projects comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and legal standards.

• Risk Management:

  Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing solutions to challenges and ensuring continuous process improvement.
