We are looking for a highly capable and experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive strategic initiatives, and support the long-term vision of the company. Salary Commensurate with experience up to 36 LPA. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Roles And Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational goals. Analyze market trends and competition to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness. Oversee day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and service excellence. Direct sales and marketing efforts to meet business targets. Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads and cross-functional teams. Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or operational leadership role. Experience in managing large teams and complex projects in a corporate or industrial setup. Proven ability to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.
