Roles & Responsibility:
To lead and expand the business unit responsible for sales, marketing, business development, channel expansion, and customer success for Feston SEV’s solar inverter product line across India and select global markets.
The BU Head acts as the commercial and strategic leader ensuring revenue growth, profitability, brand positioning, and long-term customer relationships.

A. Strategic Business Leadership

  • Define and execute the business strategy for Feston’s inverter sales and distribution unit in alignment with company goals.
  • Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets, forecasts, and P&L targets.
  • Drive growth across hybrid, and industrial solar segments.
  • Build a 5-year market roadmap for Feston inverter expansion in India and International markets.
  • Analyse market dynamics, competitor products, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

B. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Own the sales targets and revenue generation for all product categories.
  • Establish, manage, and grow channel partner networks, distributors, and OEMs.
  • Set monthly/quarterly sales targets by region and monitor through dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure timely closure of high-value.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing BU to align production with order forecasts.
  • Drive export sales opportunities through partnerships in South Asia, Middle East, and Africa.

C. Marketing, Brand & Product Promotion

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance Feston’s brand presence in the solar inverter segment.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and renewable energy forums.
  • Plan digital marketing initiatives, social media presence, and product awareness programs.
  • Oversee preparation of technical brochures, product manuals, and training materials.
  • Drive customer awareness of Feston’s technology advantages (efficiency, reliability, safety features).

D. Channel & Partner Development

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners, distributors, and resellers across key territories.
  • Set up partner training, incentive, and support systems to ensure consistent performance.
  • Manage key account relationships with developers, government agencies, and OEMs.
  • Develop dealer performance evaluation metrics and conduct quarterly business reviews.

E. Commercial & Financial Accountability

  • Take ownership of P&L for the Sales BU – monitor gross margins, and cost-to-sell ratios.
  • Optimize sales expenses while maintaining strong market penetration.
  • Ensure accurate monthly MIS on order intake, revenue realization, and pipeline.

F. Product Management & Technical Coordination

  • Work closely with manufacturing BU to provide customer feedback and market requirements for product improvement.
  • Define product positioning, competitive differentiators, and pricing structure.
  • Collaborate in new product launches & testing

G. Customer Relationship & Service Excellence

  • Establish Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices across the BU.
  • Maintain regular engagement with key customers and consultants.
  • Monitor after-sales performance in collaboration with service teams for quick issue resolution.
  • Review customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, complaints, repeat business) monthly.
  • Ensure a customer-first culture and long-term loyalty programs.

H. People Management & Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage regional sales Manager, key account managers, and marketing professionals.
  • Define clear KPIs and incentive structures to drive high performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, and training for continuous skill development.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between Sales, Service, Marketing, and Manufacturing BUs.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards.

I. Compliance, Governance & Reporting

  • Submit monthly business performance reports to the management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and forward plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
