We're Hiring for "General Manager - Purchase"

Qualification : Master's in textiles & chemicals
Experience : 15+ Years
Salary : Up to 45 LPA
Location : Secunderabad
Day Shifts , 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead procurement of foam chemicals, fabrics, and associated raw materials from both domestic and international suppliers, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance with company standards.

2. Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with business goals, focusing on cost savings and operational reliability.

3. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and logistics to secure advantageous terms and maintain strong vendor relationships.

4. Vendor development, audits & vendor rating.

5. Coordinate with internal departments (production, planning, finance) to guarantee uninterrupted manufacturing and efficient supply chain flow.

6. Monitor market trends for input raw materials, identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved sourcing.

7. Coordinate with EXIM department, including customs clearance and compliance with hazardous material handling regulations.

Required Skills :
1. Knowledge of customs, imports, export documentation, and hazardous chemical logistics.

2. Proven ability to develop new supplier relationships and drive process improvements.

3. Proficiency in analysing expenditure, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring budgeting and financial controls within the procurement function.

4. This role is critical for companies in the foam chemicals or fabric sectors, requiring both technical expertise and strategic procurement leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
