Role Description

General Manager – Civil Engineering

As a senior leader you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of civil engineering projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met while mentoring and guiding project teams.

Qualifications

Lead and manage all civil engineering projects end-to-end.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, execution, and quality assurance.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety norms.
Guide, train, and motivate the project management team.
Monitor progress and report to senior management with insights and solutions.
Proven track record in managing large-scale civil construction projects
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering(Mandatory)
