TAPCO Build ware India Pvt Ltd., a leading name in the roofing tile industry, is seeking a highly talented and experienced General Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 10 years in the roofing tile or building materials industry.(Gulf Experience will not be considered)

Strong background and proven success in sales management.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and business development capabilities.

Must be able to take complete ownership of operational and strategic functions.

Age: Below 40 ( male candidates can only apply)

Education: MBA (preferred in Sales/Marketing/Operations)

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall operations and sales strategies of the company.

Drive business growth through innovative sales approaches and partnerships.

Oversee team performance and ensure targets are consistently met.

Solve complex challenges and implement effective business solutions.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
