Marketing Manager Location: Tapco Buildware Private Limited, Thrissur, Kerala Experience Required: Minimum 6–10 Years Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred) Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹75,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) Industry: Roofing & Construction Materials Job Summary: Tapco Buildware Private Limited is looking for a seasoned and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and grow our presence in the roofing and construction materials industry. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in B2B marketing, client management, and project handling, with a strong focus on the South Indian market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to expand dealer and project-based client networks. Promote roofing tiles and related products across retail, wholesale, and project channels. Handle project coordination with architects, engineers, and builders for roofing and construction requirements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide business strategy. Lead field marketing efforts and coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, and product demos. Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and production) to meet customer demands. Generate regular sales reports and performance updates for management. Ensure strong customer relationship management and post-sale follow-up. Candidate Requirements: 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales, or project handling in the building materials, roofing, or construction sector. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline. Must possess a valid driving license and be open to field travel. Proficient in Malayalam, English, Hindi, and Tamil – both spoken and written. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Prior experience handling construction/roofing projects will be a strong advantage. Age below 45 years .
