Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the complete operations of our restaurant in Indore.
The General Manager will be responsible for leading all departments, achieving business goals, maintaining top service standards, managing budgets, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Lead and guide department heads, managers, and service staff.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
• Ensure smooth coordination between service, kitchen, and accounts departments.
• Plan and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Handle guest relations, feedback, and high-level complaint resolution.
• Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and daily financial performance.
• Manage inventory, vendor relations, and cost control measures.
• Conduct staff training, evaluations, and performance reviews.
• Plan and promote sales activities, events, and brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing, and legal regulations.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven record in operations, budgeting, and team management.
• Graduate or diploma in hotel/restaurant management preferred.
• Excellent understanding of guest service and business growth strategies.
• Ability to manage large teams and maintain calm under pressure.
