General Manager - Operations

As Vice President (Operations & General Management), you will play a crucial role in leading daily operations, collaborating with the executive team on strategic goals, and driving innovation in manufacturing and product development. Your responsibilities will include overseeing R&D to implement innovations in manufacturing processes and focusing on meeting customer demands through efficient operations and delivery. You will directly manage production, supply chain, engineering, logistics, and quality, with a strong emphasis on adopting new technologies and process innovation. Your financial acumen will be put to use in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Your excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills will be essential in this role.
