Senior General Manager - Sales

• Drive Sales through a highly skilled team of business managers to ensure the best possible

  TATs and CSAT

  is delivered to the customer.
• Work on projects to optimise cost, drive efficiency in the sales funnel.
• Drive the productivity of the business managers.
• Own the hiring and training of talent to build a highly motivated and trained team.
• Build a team on strong fundamentals and a vision of Livspace.
• Work closely with senior leadership on new initiatives and central programs.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree
• Seasoned entrepreneur / P&L owner with 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth setups.
• Should have managed teams.
• Strong bias for action, customer centricity and deep-dive traits.
• Hunger and drive to learn and grow in a fast paced and high energy environment.
• Willing to take up challenging problem statements and come up with elegant and scalable solutions
• Strong first principle thinking and data driven decision making is at the heart of your problem solving approach.
• Willing to go the extra miles it takes to win in a super competitive market.
• Innovative, resourceful, and comfortable with dynamic business requirements.
