? Oversee day-to-day dealership operations, including sales, service, spares, finance, and administration.

? Plan and execute local marketing, promotional, and customer engagement activities.
? Regularly review customer feedback and take corrective actions to improve service quality.
? Drive digital transformation and process improvements within the dealership.
? Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent understanding of dealership operations, customer handling, and OEM coordination.
? Proven track record of achieving sales and service excellence.
