Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced FCAW Welder to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding on various projects, ensuring all work meets industry standards and specifications. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of welding techniques and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Perform FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) on various materials and thicknesses.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
Ensure welds meet quality standards and specifications through proper techniques and processes.
Conduct inspections of finished welds for integrity and quality control.
Maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in FCAW welding or related welding techniques.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of welding safety practices and procedures.
Ability to operate and maintain welding equipment.
Knowledge of different materials and their welding characteristics.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
