Job Summary:

Field Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Liaison with Collector's/ SDM's Office:

- Build and maintain relationships with officials in the Collector's office and other government agencies

- Coordinate with government officials to ensure timely implementation of projects and programs

- Facilitate communication and resolve issues between our organization and government agencies

- Project Implementation:

- Ensure smooth implementation of projects and programs in accordance with government regulations and policies

- Monitor progress and report to the supervisor/manager on project status

- Identify and mitigate potential issues that may impact project implementation

- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress and interactions with government officials

- Prepare and submit reports to the supervisor/manager and other stakeholders as required

- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with local stakeholders, including community leaders and other organizations, to promote our organization's objectives

- Foster partnerships and collaborations with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Experience: 3-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in government relations or project management

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge:

- Good understanding of government procedures and regulations

- Familiarity with local governance structures and policies
