We are seeking a proactive and trustworthy Field Sales Officer to represent Ekam Invento in Mumbai. This role involves visiting key corporate accounts, showcasing inventory samples, establishing long-term relationships, and coordinating on-site inspections of bulk industrial materials. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our digital platform and offline industrial operations. Responsibilities include conducting field visits to major industrial accounts across Mumbai and nearby regions, building strong rapport with procurement teams, plant managers, and decision-makers, presenting inventory samples physically and digitally to prospective buyers, scheduling and coordinating bulk material inspections at client or seller sites, ensuring buyer confidence through transparency, timely communication, and follow-ups, capturing on-ground insights to support continuous business improvement, and supporting onboarding of key accounts onto the Ekam Invento platform. Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 2 years of industrial/B2B sales experience, especially in field-based roles, strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to understand product samples and communicate technical details confidently, proficiency in field reporting, follow-ups, and CRM tools, self-motivation, reliability, and comfort with travel within Mumbai, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Preferred qualifications include experience dealing with industrial surplus, equipment sales, or site inspection coordination, familiarity with procurement or vendor teams in sectors like HVAC, automation, fabrication, or MEP.
