Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Supervisor to oversee and manage our quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quality assurance and will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
Supervise the quality control team and ensure compliance with industry standards
Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management
Train and mentor staff on quality control standards and practices
Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and improve processes

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in quality control or assurance
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools
Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in statistical analysis software and quality control tools
Strong communication and leadership abilities
