Lead and manage the
Finance and Accounts team
across all business units.
Oversee
financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
processes.
Ensure
timely finalization of accounts
and
statutory compliance
(Income Tax, GST, ROC, etc.).
Supervise
cash flow management
, fund utilization, and working capital requirements.
Develop and implement
financial policies, systems, and controls
to ensure operational efficiency.
Review and present
monthly MIS reports
, P&L, and financial performance analysis to management.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants for audits, funding, and statutory matters.
Support the management in
strategic financial decision-making
and
business expansion plans
.
Drive
cost control initiatives
and optimize financial performance across departments.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth knowledge of
accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial regulations

Proficiency in
ERP/accounting software
and
MS Excel
.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA)
mandatory.
Minimum
10 years of post-qualification experience
in Finance, Accounts, and related functions.
Proven experience in
leading and managing a finance team
at a senior level, preferably in the
hospitality or service industry
