We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our financial team as the General Manager Finance & Accounts
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent leadership skills

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve business objectives
Manage and supervise the finance team, including accountants, auditors, and financial analysts
Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial institutions
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Job Requirements

Minimum 0 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance and Accounting
