Job Description: Lead and drive export sales growth, strategy, and operations for the cutting tool division. Develop and execute export sales plans, build and manage global distribution networks, and foster strong relationships with international customers and partners. Key Responsibilities: Export Sales Strategy: 1. Develop and execute comprehensive export sales strategies to achieve revenue growth. 2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. 3. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships 4. Establish and manage relationships with international distributors and partners. 5. Develop and implement distributor training programs. 6. Monitor and optimize distribution channels. International Sales Team Management: 1. Lead and mentor international sales teams. 2. Recruit, train, and develop sales talent. 3. Foster a culture of sales excellence and collaboration. Customer Relationships: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key international customers. 2. Negotiate and close major deals. 3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns. Regulatory Compliance: 1. Ensure compliance with export regulations Essential: 1. Bachelor degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field along with BE mechanical 2. 15+ years of export sales experience in the cutting tool industry. 3. Proven track record of sales growth and team management. 4. Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. 6.
