Role Overview:

General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Expansion Planning

• Lead operational planning for expansion from 12 to 100 outlets.
• Evaluate new market potential, location feasibility & launch execution.
• Align outlet performance with brand vision and financial targets.

Operations Management

• Build and implement SOPs across all outlets.
• Ensure consistent product quality, hygiene, service standards, and customer experience.
• Monitor daily operational performance metrics – revenue, costs, wastage, customer feedback.

Team Leadership & Development

• Hire, train, and mentor a team of Area Managers, Outlet Managers, and staff.
• Develop leadership pipelines and promote internal growth.
• Drive performance through KPIs and incentive models.

Supply Chain & Vendor Management

• Standardize vendor procurement for ingredients, packaging, and kitchen equipment.
• Work with the production team for inventory control and demand planning.

Sales & Revenue Management

• Drive store-level P&L accountability.
• Execute local and brand-level promotions for footfall and AOV growth.
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, online sales (Zomato/Swiggy), and loyalty programs.

Technology & Systems

• Use data to make informed decisions – from store formats to staffing models.

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in QSR / F&B multi-unit operations.
• Must have scaled operations (preferably 25+ outlets and above).
• Strong understanding of bakery/dessert QSR formats a plus.
• Hands-on experience in P&L ownership, expansion, and franchising (preferred).
• Leadership style: strategic yet execution-oriented.
