Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, and warranties
• Close sales and complete required paperwork
• Follow up with potential and existing customers

2. Dealership Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily sales operations at the dealership
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance
• Train and motivate sales staff
• Manage inventory and coordinate with GM’s distribution team
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

3. Regional Sales Manager (OEM Side – GM Corporate)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support multiple dealerships in a region
• Analyze sales performance and develop improvement strategies
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and incentive programs
• Liaise between GM corporate and dealers
• Ensure dealers meet brand standards and sales targets

4. Automotive Marketing & Promotions Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute regional or national marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with media, digital platforms, and dealerships
• Manage promotional events, vehicle launches, and test drives
• Track campaign performance and adjust strategy accordingly

5. Fleet Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Sell vehicles to companies, government agencies, and rental firms
• Customize bulk vehicle orders and negotiate pricing
• Build long-term client relationships
• Work with GM’s logistics and production team to fulfill large orders

6. Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales data, trends, and dealership performance
• Support sales forecasting and planning
• Create reports and dashboards for leadership
• Identify gaps and opportunities in different markets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹425,307.52 - ₹1,893,152.36 per year
