Job Description

Core Responsibilities of a Personal Assistant:1. Administrative Support

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Answering calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Preparing reports, presentations, or documents
  • Booking travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Organizing and maintaining files

2. Task and Time Management

  • Prioritizing tasks and keeping track of deadlines
  • Sending reminders and updates
  • Assisting with time optimization and daily planning

3. Personal Errands and Tasks

  • Running errands (e.g., picking up dry cleaning, shopping)
  • Managing household staff or services (cleaners, maintenance, etc.)
  • Booking personal appointments (doctor, spa, etc.)

4. Travel and Event Planning

  • Coordinating complex travel itineraries
  • Planning personal or professional events (dinners, meetings, celebrations)
  • Handling reservations and logistics

5. Confidentiality and Discretion

  • Handling sensitive information with professionalism
  • Maintaining discretion in both personal and business matters

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,892.67 - ₹36,854.59 per month
