Collect payment (if not prepaid) and return the change accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle (bike or cycle). Report to the outlet manager after every delivery. Assist in outlet tasks during non-peak delivery hours (like cleaning, packing, etc.). Follow traffic rules and company safety protocols. Requirements: Must have a valid driving license (two-wheeler). Should own or be willing to use a bike/scooter. Basic knowledge of routes and GPS usage. Good communication and customer service skills. Punctual, polite, and presentable. Ltd., a leading name in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry, is seeking a proactive, well-spoken, and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director in daily business and personal operations. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and multitasking ability. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Director’s daily schedule , appointments, and travel plans. Attend and coordinate all business meetings and calls – in person, on phone, or online. Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the Director professionally. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and franchisees as needed. Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative support. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and decisions. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
