We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support day to day operations and ensure smooth coordination across business and personal priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage CMD’s calendar, meetings, travel, and schedules
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Draft emails, prepare reports, presentations, and follow-ups
Assist in prioritizing tasks and tracking action items

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and ownership
Proficiency in MS Office
Prior experience as a PA is preferred
