Team Leader Automobile Line

The Team Lead in the automobile sector is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of technicians, engineers, or production staff to ensure smooth operations, quality standards, and timely project delivery. This role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Conduct training sessions to upgrade skills and knowledge.

2. Production & Operations

• Oversee automobile manufacturing, assembly, or service operations.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, R&D, supply chain, quality).

3. Quality Assurance

• Monitor product/service quality to meet company and industry standards.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with ISO/TS standards and other automotive regulations.

4. Technical Support

• Provide guidance on automotive systems, processes, and technologies.
• Support the team in problem-solving and technical challenges.
• Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and diagnostic systems.

5. Reporting & Communication

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on productivity and quality.
• Communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients/customers for technical queries or escalations.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce workplace safety policies and 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and labor regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,995.40 - ₹32,248.09 per month
