automobile clients, specifically for operations and general management.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive General Manager to oversee operations and drive

overall business growth for our automobile client in Vijayawada. This role requires strong

leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage day-to-day business operations while

ensuring efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments

● Drive business growth through effective planning, execution, and performance

monitoring

● Manage a team and ensure alignment with organizational goals

● Develop and implement operational policies and processes

● Coordinate with senior management to track business KPIs and prepare reports

● Oversee customer experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service

standards

● Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations

● Identify areas of improvement and suggest innovative solutions to improve productivity

Qualifications:

● MBA or business-related degree (preferred)

● Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

● Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment

● Proficiency in English and fluency in Telugu (compulsory)

Experience:

● Minimum 1 year of experience in management/operations preferred
