About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who combines strong creative instincts with a data-driven approach. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and content execution across major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Plan, create, and manage content calendars, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
• Run paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred) with a focus on performance KPIs CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
• Analyze insights and prepare reports on content performance, ad efficiency, and audience behavior.
• Collaborate with design, copy, and marketing teams to create high-quality creatives and landing pages.
• Manage community interactions, queries, and engagement across platforms.
• Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in both social media and performance marketing.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in social media management and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
• Ability to execute and manage end-to-end social media campaigns (organic + paid).
• Strong copywriting sense and understanding of brand tone.
• Experience with A/B testing, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or relevant field.
