Job Description Own and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads) Develop platform-specific content calendars with hooks that cut through the noise Collaborate with designers, writers, and founders to shape brand voices Launch and manage campaigns (organic + paid) that grow followers and drive engagement Track performance and optimize with insights — not guesswork Stay on top of digital trends and spot moments that matter Manage creator collaborations and influencer-driven content What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of social media or content marketing experience (agency or brand side) Strong creative instincts Deep understanding of Gen Z + millennial internet culture Eye for aesthetics and alignment with premium brand sensibility Analytical mindset — knows what to measure and how to improve it A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments Bonus if You Have Experience working with D2C, lifestyle, or tech brands Basic Canva/Photoshop/Reels editing Creator network or influencer marketing exposure Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person, Hyd.
