Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rampur for the position of General Manager at The Opal Hotel. The General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, including staff management, guest relations, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and service. Responsibilities will involve ensuring and implementing standard operational strategies, managing budgets, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the quality of guest experiences. Qualifications Knowledge of hotel operations, including accommodations, dining, and event management Proficiency in hospitality software and tools is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management will be preferred 10-12 years of experience in hospitality
