General Manager Administration

Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Management

• Oversee all administrative operations, including office management, facilities, security, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company standards.
• Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers (housekeeping, security, travel, etc.).

2. Operations & Facility Management

• Supervise facility maintenance, asset management, and workplace safety.
• Oversee space planning, office infrastructure, and administrative budgeting.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and monitor annual administrative budgets.
• Optimize operating costs through efficient resource utilization and vendor negotiations.

4. People Management

• Lead and mentor administrative and support teams.
• Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

5. Strategic Planning

• Contribute to strategic decision-making and business continuity planning.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within admin functions.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain documentation and records in line with audit and governance requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹564,111.51 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
