Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Administration to manage and enhance administrative functions across our dealerships and facilities in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, infrastructure readiness, compliance, workplace safety, and a productive environment for our teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee facility & infrastructure management for showrooms, workshops, offices, and stockyards
• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance
• Manage security operations, surveillance systems & emergency protocols
• Administer vendor contracts for housekeeping, catering, security, transport, etc.
• Govern company vehicle fleet, utilities, and logistics support
• Ensure timely renewals of regulatory licenses & documentation
• Lead multi-location administrative teams and drive performance excellence
• Maintain asset registers and optimize utilization of admin assets
• Budget planning & cost control for administrative operations

Key Competencies

• Leadership & multi-location coordination
• Facility compliance & statutory liaisoning
• Vendor negotiation & contract management
• Strong crisis-handling, planning & decision-making ability
• Proficiency in MS Office and admin dashboards

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• Preferred: MBA (Operations) / PGD in Facility or General Management
• Experience in general administration, facility management & budgeting
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across AP & Telangana
