Job Description

Facility Operations & AdministrationOversee daily operations and upkeep of 78 facilities, ensuring seamless functioning and optimal space utilization.Monitor all facility-related activities including housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and infrastructure services.Implement tech-enabled solutions for smart facility management and energy optimization.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure full compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements across all sites (Fire Safety, BCP, FMS, EHS, Labour Laws, etc.).Conduct periodic audits and drive corrective and preventive action plans.Maintain documentation and renewals for licenses, AMC, SLAs, and insurance.SOP & Governance FrameworkDevelop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with BPO/ITES industry standards.Create a centralized governance model for facility operations, tracking KPIs, SLAs, and service benchmarks.Vendor ManagementLead end-to-end vendor lifecycle: empanelment, negotiations, onboarding, performance evaluation, and renewals.Build long-term strategic partnerships with key service providers ensuring cost efficiency and quality delivery.Ensure strict adherence to compliance and contract governance with vendors.Project Management (Greenfield & Expansion)Lead setup and commissioning of greenfield facilities – site selection, civil interiors, infrastructure planning, and handover.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Compliance, Procurement, etc.) for seamless project delivery.Stakeholder CollaborationServe as the administrative single point of contact for internal departments, leadership, and external agencies.Support change management, crisis management, and employee experience initiatives from a facility standpoint.Candidate Profile Qualifications:• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.• Certification in Facilities Management or Compliance (preferred).Experience:• 12–18 years of experience in administration and facility operations, preferably within BPO/ITES or large-scale corporate environments.• Proven experience in managing large multi-site portfolios exceeding 5 lakh sq. ft.• Hands-on expertise in greenfield project execution and transitions
