- Commerce or Finance Degrees (BCom, BBA Fin, MBA Fin, etc.) with CA, CMA or CPA.

- All candidates should be comfortable with Rotational Shift / Split or Rotational Week-off / 5 Days Work From Office

Must Have Skills:

1. Journal Entry & Month-End Close Expertise - Strong experience in preparing and posting journal entries, and managing month-end/year-end closing activities.

2. Reconciliation Skills - Ability to reconcile GL accounts with sub-ledgers and bank statements accurately.

3. Accounting Standards Knowledge - Solid understanding of GAAP or IFRS to ensure compliance in financial reporting.

Good To Have Skills:

1. ERP System Proficiency (Oracle) - Helps streamline GL processes and reporting.

2. Variance Analysis & Reporting - Ability to analyze fluctuations and provide insights on financial performance.

3. Audit Support Experience - Familiarity with preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor queries.
