We are looking for an experienced GeM Executive with at least 3 years of hands-on expertise in managing the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end GeM operations including product listings, bid management, order processing, compliance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and successful participation in government tenders.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire lifecycle of product listings on GeM - from uploading products/services to handling tenders, bids, and order fulfillment.
Monitor daily bids/tenders and ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare necessary documentation and pricing for GeM bids.
Ensure complete compliance with buyer’s terms for L1 confirmation and keep all certifications, documents, and registrations updated.
Handle vendor assessment, catalog management, order processing, invoice generation, and post-order activities.
Regularly track order status and respond to buyer communications or clarifications.
Maintain reports on GeM activities and ensure all data is accurately recorded and updated.
Keep up to date with latest updates or changes on the GeM portal.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the GeM portal.
Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance norms.
Proficiency in GeM bid submission, product listing, and documentation handling.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.
