We are now seeking a Social Media Manager who can combine strategy and creativity, and contribute as a storyteller, brand builder, and growth enabler. Role Overview: The Social Media Manager will lead the planning, execution, and management of social media activities for Yogirty Media and its clients. This role requires someone who understands digital platforms deeply, can manage client relationships, and deliver measurable results through creativity and strategy. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s objectives and brand positioning. Plan monthly/quarterly content calendars with clear themes, campaigns, and deliverables. Identify opportunities for brand growth through trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights. Content & Creative Direction: Create engaging, platform-specific content ideas (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, etc.). Provide creative direction to the design and content teams to ensure high-quality output. Maintain consistency of brand voice across platforms. Execution & Management: Manage and publish content across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Oversee community management: respond to queries, comments, and messages while maintaining brand tone. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution. Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients assigned. Understand client requirements, feedback, and expectations clearly and translate them into actionable plans. Schedule regular check-ins, updates, and performance review calls with clients. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and delivering promised outcomes. Reporting & Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.). Prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. Present reports to both internal leadership and clients with clarity. Requirements: 3-4 years of proven experience in social media management (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of content strategy, brand positioning, and audience psychology. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools. Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
